Màu và phông chữColors and fonts

Bundle mang sẵn bảng màu mặc định, chỉ áp lên thẻ svc-aide (không đụng phần còn lại của trang). Ghi đè bằng CSS của site: The bundle ships a default palette, applied to the svc-aide tag only (the rest of your page is untouched). Override it from your site's CSS:

Nạp kiến thứcLoad knowledge

Trợ lý chỉ trả lời từ các dòng kiến thức của bạn — mỗi dòng phải tự đủ ý (tiêu đề + nội dung). Có 2 cách nạp, đều vào cùng một kho: The assistant answers only from your knowledge rows — each must be self-contained (title + content). Two ways in, both into the same base:

1. Mở /system/ecommerce (trang lĩnh vực của bạn), đăng nhập bằng node Tài khoản (góc phải trên) đúng tài khoản đã mua gói. Open /system/ecommerce (your sector's page) and sign in with the Account node (top right) — the account that bought the plan.
2. Mở node Tư vấn → nút ⚙ trên đầu khung chat → Nạp từ API & MCP. Open the Consult node → the ⚙ button atop the chat → Load from API & MCP.
3. Dán đường dẫn, chọn Loại (product, faq, law, post, technical, finance, medical, other hoặc tự đặt) → Xem trước (5 mục mẫu + cách map) → Nạp dữ liệu. Paste the link, pick a Type (product, faq, law, post, technical, finance, medical, other or your own) → Preview (5 samples + mapping) → Load.

Không cần khai cột: hệ thống tự tìm mảng đầu tiên và đoán title/name/question, description/content/answer, id/slug/sku, tags. Ví dụ API hợp lệ: No field mapping needed: the first array is found and title/name/question, description/content/answer, id/slug/sku, tags are guessed. A valid API, for example:

• Dòng trạng thái draft được lưu nhưng không tìm thấy. Dòng loại finance không bao giờ dùng để trả lời khách.Draft rows are stored but never found. finance rows are never used to answer visitors.

2. Để AI nạp qua MCP2. Let an AI load it over MCP

Cài 1 lần theo phần ngay dưới, rồi chỉ cần nói với AI — nó đọc được API, tệp (PDF, Markdown, bảng tính) hay văn bản bạn dán, tự tách thành các mục tự đủ ý và nạp vào. Xem lại bằng list_knowledge, xoá bằng delete_knowledge.Install once with the section right below, then just tell your AI — it can read an API, a file (PDF, Markdown, spreadsheet) or text you paste, split it into self-contained items and load them. Review with list_knowledge, remove with delete_knowledge.

MCP — cài tự độngMCP — auto install

MCP server của bạn chạy kiểu Streamable HTTP, xác thực bằng Authorization: Bearer MCP_TOKEN. Dán token (hoặc đăng nhập để cấp token mới điền sẵn), rồi chọn client — token không rời trình duyệt này. Your MCP server speaks Streamable HTTP, authenticated with Authorization: Bearer MCP_TOKEN. Paste the token (or sign in to issue a new one, filled in for you), then pick a client — the token never leaves this browser.

Các toolTools

Mọi tool tự giới hạn trong hub của token — không có tham số owner. list / import / upsert nhận thêm sector (ngành) và fn (phòng; consult = khung chat khách).Every tool is scoped to the token's hub — there is no owner parameter. list / import / upsert also take sector and fn (department; consult = the visitor chat).

Thư ký & 9 phòng ban (Pro)Secretary & 9 departments (Pro)

Chạy trong không gian làm việc trên canvas của lĩnh vực bạn chọn: /system/ecommerce. Đăng nhập đúng tài khoản Pro — các phòng đọc kho kiến thức của chính bạn, đúng phạm vi ngành / phòng. It runs in the canvas workspace of the sector you picked: /system/ecommerce. Sign in with your Pro account — every department reads your own knowledge, scoped to its sector / department.

Token & bảo mậtTokens & security

• Giữ MCP_TOKEN như mật khẩu: ai có nó đều nạp / xoá được kiến thức của bạn. Hệ thống chỉ lưu SHA-256 và 4 ký tự cuối.Treat MCP_TOKEN like a password: whoever has it can load / delete your knowledge. Only its SHA-256 and last 4 characters are stored.
• Lộ hoặc mất token: ⚙ → Nạp từ API & MCP → Cấp lại token (hoặc nút "Cấp token mới" ở phần MCP trên). Token cũ hết hiệu lực ngay — cài lại cho các AI client.Leaked or lost: ⚙ → Load from API & MCP → Reissue token (or "Issue a new token" in the MCP section above). The old one stops at once — set up your AI clients again.
• owner trong đoạn nhúng KHÔNG phải bí mật — nó chỉ cho phép đọc kho để trả lời khách. Ghi / xoá luôn cần token hoặc đăng nhập.The owner in the embed code is NOT a secret — it only lets the assistant read your base to answer visitors. Writes / deletes always need the token or a sign-in.
• Khai báo site của bạn: ⚙ → Nạp từ API & MCP → Site được nhúng (mỗi dòng 1 tên miền). Khi đã khai, ai copy đoạn nhúng sang site khác thì trợ lý không chạy ở đó. Chưa khai = chạy ở mọi site.Declare your sites: ⚙ → Load from API & MCP → Embed sites (one domain per line). Once set, a copy of your embed code on another site does not run there. None set = it runs on every site.
• Hết kỳ thanh toán còn 3 ngày ân hạn; sau đó trợ lý nhúng tự ẩn và MCP ngừng phục vụ kho của bạn. Gia hạn là tự bật lại, không cần thao tác gì.There are 3 grace days past the billing period; after that the embedded assistant hides itself and MCP stops serving your knowledge. Renewing switches both back on by itself.

Kiểm tra owner trong thẻ svc-aide đúng hub id; các dòng ở trạng thái active; hỏi AI "gọi hub_info" xem pendingIndex — còn chờ thì chạy reindex_knowledge.Check the owner on the svc-aide tag is your hub id; rows are active; ask your AI to "call hub_info" and look at pendingIndex — if rows are waiting, run reindex_knowledge.

AI client báo 401The AI client says 401

Token sai hoặc đã được cấp lại. Dán token mới nhất rồi cài lại (nút "Kiểm tra kết nối" ở phần MCP xác nhận ngay).Wrong token, or it was reissued. Paste the latest one and reinstall ("Test connection" in the MCP section confirms it).

Báo 402It says 402

Gói đã hết hạn — gia hạn rồi mở ⚙ một lần để làm mới. Ở Thư ký / phòng ban, 402 nghĩa là tài khoản đang ở Starter — cần Pro.The plan has lapsed — renew it, then open ⚙ once to refresh. On the Secretary / departments, 402 means the account is on Starter — Pro is needed.

Không thấy nút trợ lý trên siteNo assistant button on my site

Thẻ script phải có type="module"; nền tảng phải cho phép chèn script (một số trình tạo web chặn ở gói miễn phí). Mở Console của trình duyệt: "hidden on this site — hub_domain" = site chưa có trong Site được nhúng; "hub_expired" = gói đã hết hạn; "hub_disabled" = đã tắt nhúng.The script tag needs type="module"; your platform must allow custom scripts (some site builders block them on free tiers). Open the browser console: "hidden on this site — hub_domain" = the site is not in Embed sites; "hub_expired" = the plan has lapsed; "hub_disabled" = embedding is off.

Không có email tokenNo token email

Đăng nhập ở /system/ecommerce → Tư vấn → ⚙ → Nạp từ API & MCP → Kích hoạt MCP (token hiện 1 lần), hoặc dùng nút "Cấp token mới" ở phần MCP. Sign in at /system/ecommerce → Consult → ⚙ → Load from API & MCP → Activate MCP (the token shows once), or use "Issue a new token" in the MCP section.
