1. Tóm tắt1. In short

2. Dữ liệu được xử lý trong trình duyệt của bạn2. Data handled inside your browser

• Nội dung trang nguồn: khi bạn bấm "Thêm bài", mở lại một bài hoặc dùng nút 🎯, extension đọc tiêu đề, mô tả, thẻ (tags), địa chỉ trang và địa chỉ ảnh/video của đúng trang đó để điền sẵn bài. Extension không đọc trang nào khác, không chạy nền trên các trang bạn duyệt và không ghi lại lịch sử duyệt web.Source page content: when you press "Add post", reopen a post or use the 🎯 button, the extension reads the title, description, tags, page address and image/video addresses of that page to pre-fill the post. It reads no other page, does not run in the background on pages you browse and keeps no browsing history.

The file data stays in memory only until it is placed in the social network's post form, then it is discarded.

Closing the side panel discards drafts; a scheduled post (up to 7 days ahead) is lost if Chrome closes before its time. Nothing is written to disk.

For a Facebook Page it may switch to that Page to post and switch back afterwards. It does not read your feed, messages, contacts or any other network request.

4. Dữ liệu gửi tới máy chủ của chúng tôi4. Data sent to our server

Khi bạn lưu khoá, mở bảng bên, hoặc bấm Đăng / Hẹn đăng, extension gửi tới máy chủ bản quyền của chúng tôi (chạy trên Cloudflare, qua HTTPS): khoá bản quyền, mã ngẫu nhiên của bản cài, và — khi một lô đăng không lên được đích nào — mã của lượt cần trả lại. The server answers with your plan, posts left and expiry. It stores the SHA-256 hash and last 4 characters of the key, the list of install ids with when each was last seen, the trial counter and the expiry date, linked to your account on chatzui.com.

Your account (email, display name, avatar) is handled under the general chatzui.com Privacy Policy. Orders store the plan, amount, status and times; when you press "I have paid", your name, email, order id and amount are sent to the shop owner over Telegram for reconciliation. We never receive your bank account or card number.

6. Quyền của extension dùng để làm gì6. What the extension's permissions are for

Every script run on a page ships inside the extension package.

7. Thời gian lưu và cách xoá7. Retention and deletion

• Trên máy: tab "Đích & cài đặt" → "Xoá dữ liệu đã lưu" xoá mọi mục ở mục 3 trừ mã bản cài; từng Page / Nhóm, vị trí đã nhớ, khoá và quyền đọc site cũng xoá riêng được. Gỡ extension thì Chrome xoá toàn bộ, kể cả mã bản cài.On your computer: "Targets & settings" tab → "Delete saved data" removes everything in section 3 except the install id; each Page / Group, remembered position, the key and site access can also be removed one by one. Removing the extension makes Chrome delete everything, including the install id.
• Trên máy chủ: dữ liệu bản quyền và đơn hàng được giữ trong thời gian tài khoản của bạn tồn tại (đơn hàng giữ theo thời hạn pháp luật kế toán, thuế yêu cầu). Đổi khoá trên trang chatzui.com/system/extension/zap-share làm khoá cũ hết hiệu lực và xoá danh sách máy. Gửi email tới dung.pham@goldenkey-software.com để xoá dữ liệu bản quyền và tài khoản; chúng tôi trả lời trong 30 ngày.On our server: license and order data are kept for as long as your account exists (orders for the period accounting and tax law requires). Changing the key at chatzui.com/system/extension/zap-share invalidates the old key and clears the device list. Email dung.pham@goldenkey-software.com to delete your license and account data; we respond within 30 days.

8. Bảo mật8. Security

Kết nối tới máy chủ bản quyền dùng HTTPS. Khoá bản quyền chỉ được service worker của extension dùng, không bao giờ chuyển xuống trang web; máy chủ chỉ giữ bản băm của khoá. Extension chỉ nhận lệnh từ chính bảng bên của nó, không từ trang web nào. Dữ liệu lưu trên máy nằm trong bộ nhớ riêng của extension do Chrome quản lý và không được extension mã hoá thêm — ai dùng được tài khoản hệ điều hành của bạn cũng có thể đọc được. Không hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối.Connections to the license server use HTTPS. The license key is used only by the extension's service worker and never passed to web pages; the server keeps only a hash of it. The extension accepts commands only from its own side panel, never from a web page. Data stored on your computer sits in the extension's own storage managed by Chrome and is not additionally encrypted by the extension — anyone who can use your operating-system account could read it. No system is perfectly secure.

Việc Zap Share sử dụng dữ liệu tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Chrome Web Store (Chrome Web Store User Data Policy), gồm các yêu cầu Sử dụng giới hạn: dữ liệu chỉ dùng để cung cấp chức năng chia sẻ bài mà bạn thấy trong extension; không bán; không dùng hay chuyển giao cho quảng cáo, kể cả quảng cáo cá nhân hoá; không dùng để đánh giá khả năng tín dụng hay cho vay; và không ai đọc dữ liệu của bạn, trừ khi bạn đồng ý, khi cần vì bảo mật, hoặc khi pháp luật yêu cầu.Zap Share's use of data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: data is used only to provide the post-sharing features you see in the extension; it is not sold; it is not used or transferred for advertising, including personalised advertising; it is not used to determine creditworthiness or for lending; and no person reads your data unless you agree, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
