Tell them, in your shop's privacy notice, that they may be answered by an AI and that messages may be processed by the AI provider you chose. We only provide a tool that runs on your computer and never receive those messages.

The extension uses them to understand the question, then types and sends the reply (or drafts it for you to approve), and may show "typing…" to the customer.

The conversation name is not sent. The provider handles it under its terms and policies for your API account.

It stores the SHA-256 hash and last 4 characters of the key, the install ids with when each was last seen, the trial start and the expiry date, linked to your account on chatzui.com.

Ngoài các bên trên và khi pháp luật buộc phải cung cấp, chúng tôi không chia sẻ, không bán, không chuyển dữ liệu cho ai.To get a key you sign in and (if you buy a plan) create a VietQR bank-transfer order at chatzui.com/system/extension/zap-support. Your account (email, display name, avatar) is handled under the general chatzui.com Privacy Policy (Supabase, and Google if you sign in with Google). When you press "I have paid", your name, email, order id and amount are sent to the shop owner over Telegram for reconciliation. We never receive your bank account or card number. Apart from the parties above and where the law requires disclosure, we do not share, sell or transfer data to anyone.

7. Thời gian lưu và cách xoá7. Retention and deletion

• Hội thoại: tự mất khi tắt Chrome; Hộp thư có nút xoá ngay.Conversations: gone when Chrome closes; the Inbox has a button to clear them at once.
• Trên máy: Cài đặt → "Xoá dữ liệu đã lưu" xoá cài đặt (kể cả khoá API AI), khoá bản quyền, vị trí, site đã bật, nguồn và kho kiến thức; mã bản cài được giữ. Model AI xoá ở Bộ não AI → "Xoá model". Gỡ extension thì Chrome xoá toàn bộ.On your computer: Settings → "Delete saved data" removes settings (including the AI API key), the license key, positions, enabled sites, sources and the knowledge base; the install id is kept. The AI model is removed under AI brain → "Remove model". Removing the extension makes Chrome delete everything.
• Trên máy chủ: dữ liệu bản quyền và đơn hàng giữ trong thời gian tài khoản tồn tại (đơn hàng theo thời hạn pháp luật kế toán, thuế yêu cầu). Gửi email tới dung.pham@goldenkey-software.com để xoá; chúng tôi trả lời trong 30 ngày. Dữ liệu đã gửi tới nhà cung cấp API AI được xoá theo chính sách của nhà cung cấp đó với tài khoản của bạn.On our server: license and order data are kept while your account exists (orders for the period accounting and tax law requires). Email dung.pham@goldenkey-software.com to delete them; we respond within 30 days. Data sent to an API AI provider is deleted under that provider's policy for your account.

8. Bảo mật8. Security

Mọi kết nối ra ngoài dùng HTTPS. Khoá bản quyền, khoá API AI và kho kiến thức chỉ nằm ở service worker của extension — trình trả lời chạy trên trang chat không thấy chúng. Extension chỉ nhận lệnh từ chính bảng bên của nó và chỉ nối với trình trả lời trên site đã bật. The license key, the AI API key and the knowledge base stay in the extension's service worker — the reply agent running on the chat page never sees them. The extension accepts commands only from its own side panel and only talks to the agent on enabled sites. Data stored on your computer sits in the extension's own storage managed by Chrome and is not additionally encrypted — anyone who can use your operating-system account could read it. No system is perfectly secure.

Việc Zap Support sử dụng dữ liệu tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Chrome Web Store (Chrome Web Store User Data Policy), gồm các yêu cầu Sử dụng giới hạn: dữ liệu chỉ dùng để trả lời khách theo cách bạn thấy và cài đặt trong extension; chỉ chuyển cho nhà cung cấp AI bạn chọn để làm việc đó; không bán; không dùng hay chuyển giao cho quảng cáo, kể cả quảng cáo cá nhân hoá; không dùng để đánh giá khả năng tín dụng hay cho vay; và chúng tôi không đọc dữ liệu đó, trừ khi bạn đồng ý, khi cần vì bảo mật, hoặc khi pháp luật yêu cầu.Zap Support's use of data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: data is used only to answer customers the way you see and set up in the extension; it is transferred only to the AI provider you chose, for that purpose; it is not sold; it is not used or transferred for advertising, including personalised advertising; it is not used to determine creditworthiness or for lending; and we do not read it unless you agree, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
