1. Sản phẩm, dùng thử và giá1. Products, trial and prices

• Zap Share: 3 lượt đăng miễn phí cho mỗi tài khoản mới (1 lượt = 1 lần bấm Đăng / Hẹn đăng, bất kể bao nhiêu nơi đăng). Gói trả phí: 1 tháng 19.000đ · 1 năm 205.200đ.Zap Share: 3 free posts for every new account (1 post = 1 press of Post / Schedule, however many targets). Paid plans: 1 month 19,000 VND · 1 year 205,200 VND.
• Zap Support: dùng thử 1 ngày đủ tính năng, tính từ lần đầu extension kiểm khoá. Gói trả phí: 1 tháng 29.000đ · 1 năm 313.200đ.Zap Support: a 1-day full-feature trial, starting the first time the extension checks your key. Paid plans: 1 month 29,000 VND · 1 year 313,200 VND.
• Giá bằng đồng Việt Nam (VND), là số tiền cuối cùng bạn chuyển. Hết lượt / hết hạn dùng thử mà chưa mua gói thì tính năng chính của extension bị khoá.Prices are in Vietnamese dong (VND) and are the final amount you transfer. When the trial runs out and no plan is bought, the extension's main features are locked.
• Zap Support dùng "API AI" thì phí gọi AI do nhà cung cấp AI bạn chọn tính vào tài khoản API của chính bạn — không nằm trong giá gói.With Zap Support's "API AI", AI usage fees are charged by the AI provider you chose to your own API account — they are not part of the plan price.

2. Thanh toán2. Payment

• Thanh toán bằng chuyển khoản ngân hàng qua mã VietQR hiện trên trang mua, đúng số tiền và đúng nội dung chuyển khoản (mã đơn). Chúng tôi không nhận và không lưu số thẻ hay tài khoản ngân hàng của bạn.Payment is by bank transfer using the VietQR code shown on the purchase page, for the exact amount and with the exact transfer note (the order id). We never receive or store your card or bank account number.
• Bấm "Đã thanh toán" thì gói được kích hoạt ngay, trước khi chúng tôi đối soát sao kê. Nếu đối soát không thấy khoản tiền tương ứng, số ngày đã cộng của đơn đó bị thu lại.Pressing "I have paid" activates the plan at once, before we reconcile the bank statement. If no matching payment is found, the days added by that order are taken back.

3. Trả trước, không tự gia hạn3. Prepaid, never auto-renewed

Mỗi lần thanh toán cộng 30 ngày (gói tháng) hoặc 365 ngày (gói năm) vào hạn dùng — tính từ hạn hiện tại nếu còn, không thì từ lúc thanh toán. Không có thuê bao và không bao giờ tự trừ tiền; hết hạn thì bạn tự mua tiếp nếu muốn dùng.Each payment adds 30 days (monthly plan) or 365 days (yearly plan) to your expiry — counted from the current expiry if it has not passed, otherwise from the payment. There is no subscription and you are never charged automatically; when the plan ends you buy again only if you want to.

4. Hoàn tiền4. Refunds

• Vì mỗi extension đều có dùng thử miễn phí để bạn kiểm tra trước, gói đã kích hoạt không được hoàn tiền.Because each extension has a free trial so you can check it first, an activated plan is not refunded.
• Ngoại lệ: nếu lỗi kỹ thuật từ phía chúng tôi khiến extension không dùng được và chúng tôi không khắc phục được trong thời gian hợp lý, chúng tôi hoàn phần tiền tương ứng với số ngày chưa dùng. Chuyển nhầm hoặc chuyển thừa thì được hoàn phần thừa.Exceptions: if a technical fault on our side makes the extension unusable and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we refund the part matching the unused days. A wrong or excess transfer is refunded for the excess.
• Gửi yêu cầu tới dung.pham@goldenkey-software.com, kèm email tài khoản, mã đơn và mô tả sự cố. Tiền hoàn được chuyển khoản về tài khoản đã thanh toán.Send requests to dung.pham@goldenkey-software.com with your account email, the order id and a description of the problem. Refunds are sent by bank transfer to the paying account.
• Việc mạng xã hội hay trang chat hạn chế tài khoản của bạn, hoặc thay đổi giao diện làm extension tạm thời cần chọn lại vị trí, không phải lỗi kỹ thuật từ phía chúng tôi.A social network or chat site restricting your account, or a layout change that means positions must be picked again, is not a technical fault on our side.

5. Khoá bản quyền và thiết bị5. License key and devices

• Mỗi khoá dùng được trên tối đa 3 máy (bản cài extension). Đổi khoá trên trang tài khoản làm khoá cũ hết hiệu lực và xoá danh sách máy. Thời hạn gói gắn với tài khoản, không theo khoá.Each key works on up to 3 computers (extension installs). Changing the key on your account page invalidates the old key and clears the device list. The plan period belongs to the account, not the key.
• Không chia sẻ, bán lại hay công khai khoá. Chúng tôi có thể khoá bản quyền khi phát hiện lạm dụng (vd dùng chung cho nhiều người, gian lận thanh toán) mà không hoàn tiền.Do not share, resell or publish your key. We may block a license we find abused (e.g. shared among many people, payment fraud) without refund.

6. Dịch vụ của bên thứ ba6. Third-party services

Zap Share và Zap Support thao tác trên trang web của Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X, Messenger, Zalo và các trang chat bạn bật, bằng tài khoản của bạn. Các công ty đó không liên kết với chúng tôi và có thể thay đổi giao diện hoặc hạn chế tự động hoá bất cứ lúc nào. Bạn tự chịu trách nhiệm tuân thủ điều khoản của họ và về nội dung được đăng / gửi đi; extension được cung cấp "nguyên trạng".Zap Share and Zap Support act on the websites of Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X, Messenger, Zalo and the chat sites you enable, with your own accounts. Those companies are not affiliated with us and may change their layout or restrict automation at any time. You are responsible for following their terms and for the content posted / sent; the extensions are provided "as is".

Dữ liệu được xử lý theo Chính sách quyền riêng tư của từng extension (chatzui.com/system/legal/zap-share/, chatzui.com/system/legal/zap-support/). Khi thay đổi giá hay điều khoản, bản mới chỉ áp dụng cho lần mua sau; ngày hiệu lực ghi ở cuối trang.Anything not covered here follows the general Terms of Service at chatzui.com/system/legal/terms/.
